What is the license for arc?

I've been sketching my own practically inspired scheme/lisp dialect for a while, but really just wanted to get on with solving concrete problems instead. Thanks for publishing arc and making the language designing part redundant! I'm especially impressed by the hard work to reduce typing, for starters I'm really loving the new simplified if.

That said, I'm unable to find a license for the language itself or the implementation. Keeping in mind your promise of change, if I were to implement a custom runtime that re-used arc.arc, what license should I apply?

Thanks, missed the verbatim 'copyright' file completely.
